As a result of customer feedback, we now offer our bestselling BZR-X Series LED Driving Lights in singles as well as pairs. Primarily this allows customers to run three-light setups on their bull bars, which is an increasingly popular choice among the 4wding community.

The Hardkorr BZR-X Series driving lights are hands down the best driving lights we’ve ever created. In fact, we think they’re the best driving light anyone has ever created. Big call? Maybe, but we don’t think it’s a wrong one!

We’ve started with the best LED chips currently available on the market, from Lumileds. Forget the old argument between OSRAM and CREE, Lumileds LEDs are starting to appear in more and more high-end driving lights, and for good reason. They are incredibly bright, much more than anything else we’ve ever come across, and very efficient as well.

Why does this matter? Good question. Using LED chips with such high brightness means that our reflector engineers have been able to achieve the “holy grail” of driving lights: a true combination beam, as good as you’ll find in a light bar, without sacrificing forward distance.

They’re also , meaning they have been independently tested to ensure they do not interfere with radio frequencies.

Combined with a tough, understated look, integrated daytime running lights (DRL) and strong 4mm 316 stainless steel brackets, they are the ultimate driving lights for keen adventurers, professional drivers and those who spend a lot of time on country roads.

Tested and Certified

We've engineered these lights to be incredibly durable and reliable, and extensively tested them to ensure they will still perform even under extreme duress in real-world Australian conditions. They are certified as compliant with the following standards:

• IK08: Can survive up to a 5 joule impact from any direction without failing
• IEC 60068-2-6 and ISO16750-1: Can survive constant exposure to 15G (R.M.S.) of vibration in the 24-2000Hz range
• IP68: Completely resistant to dust ingress, can handle submersion in 3m of water for 30 minutes
• CISPR15 Class 3: Will not unduly interfere with radio signals

In addition, our manufacturing facility has been certified in accordance with the following international standards:

• ISO 9001: Ensures quality management systems have been implemented
• ISO 14001: Ensures environmental management systems have been implemented

Adaptor cable included.

We introduced the single BZR-X lights primarily to allow people to run three driving lights on the front of their rig. To help make the job of wiring all the lights as easy as possible, we include a 2-into-1 adaptor cable with all single lights. This means you can use the same wiring harness that comes with the pair, and simply connect the adaptor cable to one of the Deutsch plugs on the end of the harness to make all three lights work together.

Hardkorr’s BZR-X series driving lights are made using genuine top-grade Lumileds® LED chips sourced from authorised agents, to ensure even light throw, correct colour rendering and long service life. These chips are matched with custom engineered reflectors that are manufactured to nanometre precision, and secured within high-quality aluminium housing which is designed to effectively dissipate heat and protect the sensitive components within.
